The East Garden room is a large room (22 m) with a double bed and two single beds (one is fold-away). It is at the first floor of our family cottage. Its two windows opens on our East side garden. We are also in a very favorable position to reach by car motorways, ring roads and two of the town airports. You can access our garden and spring/summer use our gazebo to rest and have breakfast, it you wish. Smokers are allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the rooms but you are welcome to use our balcony and garden. There is a private outdoor parking place and large free parking area on the other side of the road. On AirBnB we offer two other rooms. We can host in total up to 9 guests. Our B&B is officially authorized and complies with the Lombardy regional standards. Everything has been selected to provide to our guest a healty and comfortable stay, while maintaining the original characteristics of the place. The forniture has been selected and restored enhancing pastel colours, giving the place a warm vibe that tastes of old times. There is an attached sitting room, so the total room area is about 40 square meters The wrought iron lattices on the windows are a remainder of the house history, while painting the wooden floors with fascinating light patterns. The rooms are provided with a floor winter-heating and summer-cooling system, that, together with automatic ventilation, offer optimal wellness conditions to your stay, regardless of the season. Both mattresses and pillows are crafted using organic and hypoallergenic cotton. Bed sheets and pillowcases are made of linen and cotton. Their specific production system enhances the texture of the fabric, so that ironing can be avoided, following Ca’ Maggiolina’s characterizing choice to preserve the environment and reduce energy consumption. Your private bathroom – directly connected to your room – is fully equipped with toilet, bidet, washbasin and a wide shower (160 x 90 cm). Some courtesy dispensers with personal care products are available. There is no tv in the rooms, for our specific choice, but free high speed wifi is available (the password will be provided during check-in). We love setting up a comfortable and healthy place to host you.
