The lodge is situated between the villages of Yoxall and Hamstall Ridware. There are 3 local pubs serving food, a farm shop and cafe, and a local award winning butchers, artisan bakery and gift shop all within a 30 minute walk.

The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Mobile home that is a short walk away from the green door cafe which serves food as well as drinks. The accommodation is a converted mobile home interior walls have been knocked down so the space is one room this enables the feeling of space and some beautiful views. The toilet is located near to the space but does involve walking outside. The home is set within our business in Yoxall but it is well fenced and kept separate. Next door to a secure dog field.
