Located in Agios Dimitrios it accommodates 2 comfortably with all mod cons including Wi Fi and aircon. Immersed in nature it makes an Ideal base for walking, hiking and mountain biking The private courtyard is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Hire-car essential for access to the town 10 minutes away. Your hosts Steve and Fiona are 50m from the house and on hand for any advice.

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.

Απέχει 80μ από παραλία με υπέροχη θέα, Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πάρκα, μαρίνα, εστιατόρια, μινι μαρκετ, καφετερια,. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.
