The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The property features 4 spacious quadruple cottages (16 beds total) and a main lodge, all reserved for your private use. It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 3 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

Room in the first floor of a peaceful house in the middle of a 3 acres field, 5 minutes distance walking from the nearest beach,with trees that offer seasonal fruits. There is plenty of space in the garden and in the common spaces to relax and enjoy the view of the Euobean gulf. It consists of one bedroom with view of the sea and the village bellow, a bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen with en extra bed. In the field you can find various trees among olives ,grapes etc. *Breakfast available.
