The lodge has many eco-friendly features and is surrounded by lawns and a large organic vegetable garden. A shepherds track leads directly onto the mountain for exhilarating walks and views. Newport town is just a 15 minute walk down the lane and is renowned as the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coastline. This truly is a perfect place for a couple or a small family to experience the “Good Life”.

This is a self contained cottage which is an extension to a barn conversion. It is located on a working farm with stunning views and access to 70 acres of private woodland as well as many footpaths and a village pub 5 minute walk away. The coastal towns of Fishguard and Newport are within 5 miles of the village. The cottage itself has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom. It has underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the sitting room.

With its separate entrance, own parking space and sole use of riverside patio, it truly is a place to relax after a busy day exploring the area.

Set within its own plot within the National Park with spectacular views over Newport Bay, Parrog, Nevern Estuary and the Preseli Mountains, it is ideally placed for exploring the stunning coast and countryside of Pembrokeshire. It has a pretty garden and seating area and parking for 2+ cars, there is also room for a small boat in the driveway if needed.

Located in the heart of Newport, steps from cafes, pubs, the whole food shop. and a five minute walk to the coast path. The Gallery at the Old Sessions House has been providing a bed to artists, writers, guests and occasionally inebriated gallery owners since 1979. The studio is above a family friendly cafe, serving wholesome , simple food and great coffee.
