Holly Cottage is a “Guest Favourite”, Grade II listed, 3-bedroom house (sleeps 6) in the historic village of Edington, Wiltshire. It has a south-facing walled garden, off-street parking, and is close to an award-winning village pub plus numerous local attractions and beautiful countryside. Please refer to our Policies Below. Currently we only allow bookings for a minimum of 3 nights to be 'booked instantly'. We can consider requests for 2 night bookings in the winter months. Send us a message.

Woodpecker Cottage

A cyclists dream, with a 5 minute ride to the Castleman trailway, you'll be well on your way to ride the old railway track to Moors Valley, Upton country park and more. You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.

High-spec apartment, river views

Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

The Beech Hut - secluded corner in Ryde

Beautifully appointed Beech Hut, ideal for a secluded staycation. Named after the beech hedge alongside it, through which the sea can be seen! Comfortable lounge, kitchen bar area. Double bedroom plus en-suite with toilet and large shower. Private outside decking area with garden furniture. Parking bay at the front of the main house. Beautiful, sandy, Ryde beach is within walking distance plus all the amenities Ryde provides. Close to the Hover, Catamaran and the Portsmouth/ Fishbourne Ferry.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

With 4 large double bedrooms, a games room with a large double sofa-bed and plenty of living space inside and out it’s a gorgeous, comfortable, relaxing stay for up to 10 guests. Within walking distance to all village amenities and easy reach of the city of Bath, many places of interest, the M4 and main rail and bus links.

The Castleman Cabin

The lodge Is situated within the grounds of our home, and is completely self contained, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, en suite shower and living area. The living area comfortably seats 4 and one of the sofas can be made into a small double bed if required. There is a fully functioning log burner and a large OLED TV with Dolby Atmos. The bedroom offers a superking sized bed, dressing table, and wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room, with a luxury shower and heated mirror.
