Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Two guest BR with queen bed upstairs, the master BR with a king bed has its own BA downstairs . The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Open plan guesthouse offering seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 40 min to Atlanta airport. In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

Quiet Guest House

Enjoy our quiet, lovely guest home. This 1 bedroom (1 king bed) 1 full bath house come with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. One TV in the living room, wifi, cable and ceiling fans throughout the house. Entire house has laminate flooring (no carpet). The back yard is equipped with a small table and chairs for smokers. Guest access You will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and parking in the driveway.

The home is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to hwy 85, walking distance to downtown Newnan, 2 minutes from The Train Depot in Newnan and a short 15 minute drive from the home of The Walking Dead in Senoia. This bungalow has been completely renovated in a modern farmhouse style. This home sleeps 10 and great for larger groups.
