The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

This little barn has the luxury of home from home features ensuring you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Coltishall has 3 great pubs, cafes, a butcher shop, a local shop, garage, pharmacy and an Indian and Chinese takeaway. The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

The Beehive

Relax on our old repurposed farm in a fantastic location just 15 minutes from Norwich, 15 minutes from The Broads AONB or travel 20 minutes to the historic market town of Aylsham. Walk through the grass on our 14 acre field or sit in the dappled shade of our mini arboretum. It's a 30 min scenic drive to many great beaches. We even have an aviation museum on site for those history fans! The property is also wheel chair friendly with ramp at both doorways, etc.
