Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). We love our place because of the location with magnicent harbour and sea views, the high ceilings and sense of history, and the cosiness after dark. Close to pubs and restaurants. Ilfracombe is full of family-friendly activities. Nightlife includes the Landmark theatre, cinema and a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stop outside. It is a great place for couples, walkers, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 6 people.

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.
