Pheasant’s Rest, cosy hideaway, dog friendly

Our caravan, disguised as a cosy cabin, nestles to the side of our garden and has been totally restyled. Self check-in and a private entrance makes it easy to social distance, with footpaths and woodland all around there is an abundance of open space. In addition to following the enhance cleaning and sanitisation protocol, we are also keeping a 1 day window before and after each booking. Secluded, dog friendly and situated in walking distance of Bucks Mills beach and the South West Coast Path.

With a bus stop outside and the charming Braunton village only a 5 minute walk , you'll have easy access to many bars, restaurants, and shops. The suite features self-check-in, a Smart TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, and free tea and coffee. Enjoy free on-site parking and a cozy bistro-style garden. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with everything you need at your doorstep.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

A peaceful rural retreat near North Devon beaches

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Log Cabin with Hot Tub, Devon - Dog-Friendly

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

A stay surrounded in woodlands

Located in Powlers Piece, closest villages are Woolsery and Parkham. Both with country pubs. A newly built annex, connected onto our family house. A rural location but a place surrounded in stunning forestry walks, perfect for the doggy! Or just a short drive away from popular coastal locations and shops. Clovelly, Bucks Mills, Hartland and Instow to name a few. Nearby child friendly days out, please ask me for recommendations! Please note: Car charging is not available.

The River Barn - Cosy Riverside Annex in Braunton

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
