Nestled in the hills on an ocean facing property lives a 12' x 17' cabin known as Little Wild. Just a seven minute drive from the Langdale Ferry Terminal, this peaceful little gem sits alongside a beautiful creek that will sing you to sleep in the fall, winter, and spring. On summer nights, the frogs sing the lullabies. Facing east, this land has a special connection to the Iconic Lions Mountains that the sky paints pink at dusk. Our golden sunrise over the Howe Sound is all kinds of perfect.

Sunrise on the Bluff

Escape to modern serenity and enjoy endless views of the ebbing tide, soaring eagles and spectacular sunrises. Less than an hour from Vancouver, this open concept home is the perfect retreat. High ceilings and expansive windows flood the 1600 sf house with natural light. The well appointed space has all the amenities: WIFI, 2 smart TVs, indoor gas fireplace, covered deck with dining and lounge area, hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace. Finish the night stargazing at the outdoor wood fire pit.

Experience simple indoor/outdoor living at this cozy cabin in the forest, and feel immersed in nature. The small yet spacious cabin was built and designed to maximize space efficiency and comfort, and it’s intentionally equipped with all that you need for an easy weekend getaway or extended stay. It’s tucked in and among tall trees and big ferns on a private, residential property where I live with my family. Our neighbours include forest critters, horses, dogs, cats and friendly people.

Bookings are only offered with a guided boat taxi ride from Deep Cove, round trip included per booking. Generally guests remain at the cabin for the duration of their stay making it necessary to bring all groceries needed. Once at Fernleecove the property offers a natural setting to enjoy the ocean & woods from a comfortable cabin hideaway.
