We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

Type 2 7kw/h EV charger to fully charge your EV overnight for a flat rate of $20 for your entire stay. Very spacious with separate bathroom, cooking area, full kitchen, and all essential kitchen appliances. Equipped with split system-reverse cycle air conditioner, portable heater, electric blankets and a ceiling fan to guarantee comfort all year round.

Prince Street Cottage is a beautifully restored, heritage-listed Edwardian home in the heart of Orange. Showcasing timeless period charm with thoughtfully updated interiors, it offers the perfect blend of historic character and modern comfort. "Clytie Cottage on Moulder" is a light filled and modern haven located in the heart of Orange cbd. The double brick home has recently been renovated and has beautiful details including high ceilings, polished timber floors and ornate fireplace. The layout of the kitchen, dining and living room provides a perfect area to relax with family and friends. The house also has an outdoor undercover dining and bbq area to enjoy on hot summer days. 1-2 minute walking distance from all you need.

Magnolia Cottage

Set on a wonderful wide, quiet, tree lined street this gorgeous little cottage has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to all that Orange has to offer with fabulous food, coffee and wine on your door step. This is our own home away from home, so comfort is guaranteed. Ample parking available on the lovely wide street. Please note that the second bedroom is small, has a double bed and no cupboard. Ideally suits 2 or 3 guests, can fit 4 but it’s a squeeze!
