The home is approximately a 20-minute drive from Nagano Station on the JR Hokuriko Shinkansen bullet train and Shinano Railway.

ここにしかない景色を楽しむ旅を。 安曇野の北東に位置する旧明科町は北アルプスを一望でき、 明科は 犀川、高瀬川、穂高川が合流する地であり、豊かな湧水に恵まれた場所 です。 ここには「残し たい美しい景色と静けさ」があります そんな明科の古い建物を改装し、レトロモダンな空間に蘇らせ、一棟 貸 しの宿をつくりました 。 安曇野の空気に触れのんびりと、豊かで贅沢な時間を過ご してほしい そんな想いを込めました 当施設から明科駅まで徒歩5分、篠ノ井線で松本駅まで二駅で行けるので松本観光や 長野方面へも行きやすいです。 長峰山、廃線敷、大王わさび、白鳥飛来地なども近くにあり 安曇野観光をお楽しみください すぐ目の前には「前川」が流れており、カヌー、ラフティング、サップなどの 「龍門渕カヌー競技場」があり徒歩で行けますので練習にも最適な場所です。 旧明科町は市街地ではなくローカルな町です、 周辺は市街地ではないので何もないですが 田舎暮らしや移住に興味のある方二地域居住や検討されている方などにおすすめです。

During harvest you can eat delicious fruits and vegetables and rice.

Cozy House Hakuba は住宅街の中にあり静かな環境で居心地の良い平家の一軒家。 ファミリーやご友人と思い出に残る滞在を。 最寄りの駅（森上駅）から徒歩２分です。 コンビニ、レストランやスーパー（デリシア）まで徒歩１０分。 岩岳スキー場まで車５分、シーズンを通してアクティビティが楽しめます。 モダン和室は自宅のようにおくつろぎいただけます。 山々の美しい景色を眺めながら、くつろぎのひとときをお過ごしください。室内はバリアフリーで畳部分もあり。ご高齢の方もご安心してご宿泊できます。（１ベットルームで２階はありません。3名様以上の場合、リビングのソファベッドと布団でおやすみ頂きます。ご注意ください） スキー場までのシャトルバス等の乗り場は近くにありませんので、レンタカーのご利用をお勧めします。到着時、出発時の送迎はご相談下さい。出来る限り対応致します。

Maison d'hôtes KIRISIMIZU

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.

野尻湖の絶景を楽しむ、貸切サウナ付き一軒家 Anoie（あの家）

野尻湖を見下ろす、絶景が楽しめる一軒家です。 車で15-20分ほどの所にスキー場（妙高、黒姫、斑尾）が数カ所あり、ウィンタースポーツの拠点にもぴったり。 薪ストーブのサウナと、絶景の水風呂をお楽しみください。 周りに民家が無いので、大きな音で音楽や映画もご覧いただけます。 山奥に佇む一軒家のため、最大限の対策はしますが暖かい季節には虫が出ます。冬はたくさんの雪が降ります。秋には落ち葉が舞います。 薪ストーブの火もご自身で調整いただく必要があります。 決して簡単に住める家ではありませんが、その分とびきりの景色と体験をお約束いたします。 絶景を眺められるカウンターキッチンと、調味料、調理器を完備していますので、ぜひ料理をお楽しみください。（BBQ用の機材はありません）
