Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Appartement-flat totalement équipé à louer dans le quartier européen Etterbeek/ Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Le flat situé au 4ième et dernier étage d'une résidence offre une vue dégagé et lumineuse. Il surplombe la rue des Tongres et offre une proximité direct à Mérode (accès central au métro, tram, bus), au parc du Cinquantenaire et à Montgomery. Il au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 😌A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Centre ville à 35-40 min en transports. Parking gratuit à 7 min à pied de la maison ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés.
