This is a beautiful shepherds hut that has everything you need to relax and unwind. It is fully set up with all you will need from pots and pans to washing up liquid. There is a composting toilet to the side of the hut no shower. This is a stunning part of the country with so many beautiful natural walks and views. Please note this is not suitable for anyone with low mobility due to slight walk from vehicle to the hut and stairs to access the accommodation No showers or bathroom Two adults only

Wonderful scenery and walks from the door, with popular towns of Buxton, Leek and Ashbourne all a few miles away by car.

It has open field views and is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, pubs, restaurants, famous attractions, and is only 20 minutes from the Peak District National Park. The Hut on the Hill A rural retreat in the heart of the High Peak. Sharing the Alpaca field, 'The Hut On The Hill' is enviously positioned looking out over one of the best views in the High Peak. Light the Lantern and the Indian Fire Pit with wood collected from the adjacent woodland. Enjoy the warmth from the fire as you watch the stars. Later snuggle up warm inside with the wood burner and read a book or simply enjoy the silence, free from WiFi and the burdens of modern life.

Our luxury Shepherd hut is nestled in its own private walled garden. It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

A perfect tucked away escape located in the stunning Peak District. A traditional Shepherd's Hut set on the edge of a large open field with rolling views of the countryside. A very secluded spot, pure escapism! Quirky & unique perfect to unwind away from the bustle of daily life. The hut sleeps two in a double bed. All bedding and towels are provided. In order to not make the Shepherd's Hut too cramped we have a separate utilities hut just a few feet away.
