Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

The bungalow is situated in the coastal village of pen-clawdd on the edge of the Gower and offers a covered outdoor seating area with BBQ and off road parking. The village offers a supermarket, 2 butchers, 2 pubs, cafe, fish and chip shop, indian and pizza takeaway and ice cream parlour all a 10 minute walk away with a short hill. Seven night bookings only please in a school summer holidays. Changeover Fridays. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Our Holiday Home is modern, cozy, benefits of SKY/wifi along with many other extras and definitely a home-from-home experience on our Gower Coast of natural beauty. It sleeps 6 plus availability of a travel cot if needed. Well behaved pets (2) also provided for. There is a log burner and starter packs are provided free from October to March. The garden is secure and backs onto the estuary where stunning sunsets and tidal changes can be photographed and watched.
