It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.
