Traditional self-contained flat two levels, offering comfortable accommodation with panoramic views over the City of Perth. The flat is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, with private parking immediately beside the property. Near by attractions include; Perth concert hall, Cinema, Black Watch Museum, North inch park, street shops and restaurants. Takeaways, convenience store and chemist are a 5 minute walk from the premises. There is also forest trails on nearby Kinnoull Hill.

Smeaton's View

Unique one bedroom apartment sitting right on the banks of the famous river Tay. Perfectly located in a quiet riverside scheme that is only a short walk over Smeaton's Bridge to be instantly in the town centre. The Perth Concert hall and Perth Museum are both just across the river as is Marks and Spencer supermarket for your convenience. The apartment comes with all basic amenities, Wifi, free parking, and a lovely private balcony. Ideal for a couple with an extra sofa bed in the lounge.

Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

The Tanhouse Studio, Culross

The Tanhouse Studio is a truly unique property right in the heart of the historic village of Culross; one of the most charming villages in Scotland. Steeped in history, blessed with incredible views, galleries, an abbey, a castle, a palace, cafes, and most importantly a pub(!), it is the perfect location for a relaxing break. The studio has the added benefit of incredible views across the forth from every window, a home gym and bikes that can be hired for free

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

Balvaird Wing at Scone Palace

Located on the second floor in the North West aspect of the Palace and overlooking the Parks, the Balvaird Wing has been newly refurbished offering guests 5 star, luxury accommodation. The Wing sleeps up to six guests in 3 beautifully decorated, en-suite bedrooms and is accessed via external and internal stairs.

Kell's Place

This gorgeous city centre flat is a quiet space, jam packed full of charm and has everything travellers need to experience this beautiful city. It sleeps 2 comfortably with the chesterfield opening out to a sofa bed if a twin is preferred.
