The Roxton House Guest Cottage

Escape to quiet country living. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The house built in 1894 was one of the first in Roxton. Roxton’s population is 548, no stop light. Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Has 3 king size beds in 3 BR's and 4th BR has 2 twin size beds. Full kitchen with a dining table and a spacious living area. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub only. Has a hot spot for WIFI. No garage. Country setting.
