Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio. L’agriturismo si compone di due appartamenti indipendenti con sala, cucina, camera e bagno. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

É arredato con cura con mobili e oggetti di antiquariato e pregio. Offre una postazione per smart working. The house is located in the center of Pitigliano, just few meter far from the Synagouge and the “vie cave etrusche”. It offers an amazing view on the Valley of Meleta. The apartment is furnished with care and with fine antiques.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Adatto alle famiglie con la zona giorno, l’angolo cucina e l’ampia zona notte al piano superiore. Siamo pet friendly 🐶❤️ Il bagno, da poco ristrutturato, e’ confortevole con una comoda doccia a parete 70x120, l’angolo lavabo dalla parte opposta. Adatto anche per lo smart-working con un angolo lavoro e Wi-Fi illimitato.

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrai godere di tutto il meglio che Pitigliano ha da offrire. Dai balconi si gode una vista strepitosa sulla vallata: il luogo ideale per rilassarsi leggendo un libro, gustando un buon caffè o un calice di vino, accompagnati dal canto degli uccelli e dal profumo dei fiori. Le finestre sono tutte dotate di zanzariere. Su richiesta, offriamo la possibilità di vivere esperienze culinarie a domicilio, con chef privato e corsi di cucina.

In an ancient house from 1910, you can stay in a simple and cosy room with bath and kitchenet, whilst enjoying the romantic silence of the olive fields, vineyards and woods around you.

The house, on two levels, consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a bathroom dug into the tufo rock, while the bedroom and a living room are located on the level above. The house enjoys an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley and a reading nook with fireplace to stay cosy at night. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!

L'Incanto di Civita si trova all'interno dell'antico borgo di Civita di Bagnoregio. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. After leaving the car at the parking lot you will need to walk along the bridge, the only way to access our "tufo pearl".
