Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Altamira appartement met zwembad en aan het strand

"Casa Carina" is een ruim appartement in het populaire Altamira-complex in Costa Adeje met directe toegang tot het beroemde strand van El Duque. Relax en vergeet al je zorgen op het balkon met een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan, palmbomen en zonsondergang! Het appartement is compleet met een woonkamer, terras, uitgeruste keuken, slaapkamer, badkamer, airconditioning en fiberinternet. Het Altamira-complex heeft prachtige gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en twee zwembaden waarvan er een is verwarmd.

Unser neues Studio "Altamira 227" befindet sich in erster Meereslinie, direkt am Strand Playa del Duque mit spektakulären Meerblick auf den Strand, La Gomera und die gepflegte Poollandschaft im tropischen Garten der "Residencia ALTAMIRA". Das Studio bietet ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein Doppelbett, eine luxuriöse Ledercouch, Flachbild Sat-TV, WiFi und eine Terrasse mit bequemen Rattan Sitzmöbeln und Sonnenliege. Eine offene Küche und ein Bad mit allen Extras schließen sich an.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Blancomar es un apartamento creado con mucho amor para que los días en la isla de Tenerife sean inolvidables. Se encuentra ubicado en el Complejo Orlando 85 a solo 8 minutos de la Playa de Fañabé caminando. El complejo dispone de 2 piscinas (y una 3ª solo acceso para niños), bar en la piscina, cancha de tenis y fútbol sala, además de una lavandería autoservicio. Creemos que el descanso es fundamental, por ello, el apartamento consta de aire acondicionado en el salón y aislamiento acústico.

El complejo cuenta con piscinas (una climatizada), zona de juegos y jardines para tener unas vacaciones relajantes. El apartamento cuenta con salón y sofá cama, cocina, baño, dormitorio y terraza. En la entrada principal hay un aparcamiento gratuito. Lo tendrás todo a un paso en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro turístico (a 20 km del Aeropuerto Sur de Tenerife).
