We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. At the right time of year, sit back and watch the whales, dolphins, and migratory birds on their journeys as you soak up the scenery. Primrose Sands Vue

Our place between Hobart and Port Arthur is aprox 45 mins from Hobart CBD and 35 mins from the airport. You will need your own transport as there are no taxis, Uber or Bus services to Primrose. Stunning views over Frederick Henry Bay to Mount Wellington and across Norfolk Bay towards Port Arthur. Enjoy the cosy wood heater in the spacious open plan living area. Keep an eye on the sky as Tasmania never ceases to amaze with its spectacular sunsets.

Go straight there before heading Effa House as it's opposite direction. CCTV only installed outside to monitor externally

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
