Kandy Residence - Καλλιθέα, Ρέθυμνο (free parking)

Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 από τους ιδιοκτήτες Μανώλη και Βίκυ με πολύ γούστο και βρίσκεται στην πόλη Ρέθυμνο, στην περιοχή Καλλιθέα. Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Η απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου είναι περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα, όπου μπορείτε να δείτε τη διατηρημένη πόλη, καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και όλα τα αξιοθέατα.

Away from the center of the city, it's a newly furnished, high design 60 square meter 1 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony with sea views. Hot tub is an excellent way to relax! NOTE! Jacuzzi isn’t available from 1 November till 1 April! Agapi's home, which is about 64 sqm, is located in a private area inside a canyon full of green. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. The outdoor space of 150 sqm contain a barbeque, and an oven. An olive which covers with it's shade enough area of the yard allows the guest to eat their meals outside while enjoying the beauty of nature and the silence, without nonody disturbing him.The guest can also taste the products that we produce as well as our wine, olive oil and raki.
