The Herb Cottage is located on a spacious area with trees, gardens, a pond, and hiking trail. Enter the Cottage to the living room with a dining table, comfy sofa/sleeper, and TV. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. A convection double oven, cooktop, and dishwasher will cook a delicious meal. The breakfast room has a dining table and microwave. Setup your laptop in the office and relax in a comfortable work area. The "Vintage room" has a TV, washer/dryer, rockers, sofa/sleeper and the “loom”.

Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

Boooking guest must be 25 Years old and stay on the property. ID may be required This is a 1500 sq ft lower level unit; we live upstairs. Sometimes the upstairs unit is rented out by air bnb guests. You will walk around the house to your private entrance Our private wooded yard backs up to a golf course. We are close to the Mall of America Chanhassen and Lakes. Sit outside in privacy & enjoy the gas firepit, grill, & wood fire pit The hot tub and all outdoor amenities are yours alone.

There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.
