There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. A lovely family home for 8 guests (or 6 if you don't want to use the sofa bed in the sitting room). We are very close (7 mins walk, 2 mins cycle) to Gloucester Road which is the longest street of independent shops in Britain. Also nearby is Bristol city centre, Clifton suspension bridge, the zoo, the Downs, Banksy graffiti/Stokes Croft, Whiteladies Rd, Clifton village, an independent cinema and many independent cafes/coffee shops.

This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
