Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Krokos Crete is an old ottoman house in the hearth of the old town of Rethymno. This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
