Attached to main house but completely private with private access. Access to large deck with outdoor setting. 10min to CBD by car, located along bus routes. 15min to airport by car. Note we have an indoor kitchette with a microwave, kettle and toaster. Outside we have a Weber bbq that can be used as a roasting oven & a portable induction hob with pots and pans.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Rose's Boutique Apartment

A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.
