Private suite with a separate entrance inside of a 3 storey house located within walking distance of the Langdale Ferry Terminal. In the lovely town of Gibsons, it is only a 40 min ferry ride from West Vancouver. Along with fantastic views it offers many great features such as hot tub for your private use available from October 1 to June 30 only; electric fireplace; electric car charger; keyless entry and much more. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
