This Studio condo has all of the amenities of home. It is located close to almost everything! Enjoy the pool or relax on your private deck and enjoy the view. The first time I walked into this condo I loved it. The surrounding trees made me feel like I was in a tree house. This Harbor East condo is located in the Ouachita National Forest, within close walking distance of one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in Arkansas, Lake Ouachita. You can enjoy sitting out on the deck watching the birds, squirrels and deer. There are plenty of windows and even three sky lights that give it an outdoor feel. Most of the homes in the resort date back to the early 1940s, but this home is one of the newest in the resort , built in 2018. The common areas of the resort (pool area, docks, etc) are well maintained by the POA. Kleinshore Resort is definitely a cool spot to relax and kick back. Located just minutes from Oaklawn Casino and downtown Hot Springs.
