Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Spacious apartment in Bicknoller

Ramblers Rest Perfect for walkers and those wanting to explore the beauty of the Quantocks and surrounding areas. Our spacious upstairs apartment boasts spectacular views over the Quantock hills - where you can often glimpse the local red deer - as well as views over the Exmoor and Brendon hills. The apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. Bicknoller is a peaceful village that features a friendly pub serving delicious meals. It has a small village shop.

The Stables: accessible Quantocks escape with pool

The Stables is your family retreat with step-free access, parking a few paces from your door and EV charging. Relax with a coffee under the shade of a fig tree while your children swim, bounce and play. You’ll be staying in a pretty Somerset village where birdsong, church bells and the occasional steam train dominate the soundscape and hedgehogs snuffle around evening BBQs. Turn left out of the gate for a walk onto the Quantock Hills or right for a wander to the shops through fields and woods.

Stunning Self-Contained Studio Hideaway - Exmoor

Stamborough Cottage is set in a stunning location within Exmoor National Park. The property is on the outskirts of the thriving village of Roadwater, with a village shop, pub and many countryside and woodland walks. Our beautiful en-suite studio offers spectacular views and has recently been refurbished. It has its own private entrance, ensuring total privacy and includes a kitchenette containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. The studio is perfectly situated for exploring Exmoor.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The Railway Hut is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxuriously comfortable double bed with all seasons duvet. En-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.
