The Tool Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living downstairs, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite. private patio area at rear.

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer.
