We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Nostalgisk og koselig stue med unik beliggenhet

Det historiske huset viser året 1773 malt på veggene. Huset sto opprinnelig i bygdas klyngetun og ble bombet under andre verdenskrig. Ved oppføring av driftsbygning på gården ble restene av huset satt opp som stue inntil løe og fremstår i dag som et intimt og koselig lite hus med masse historie og sjel. Alle fasiliteter er selvfølgelig helt moderne. Boligen midt i dalføret, ned mot fjorden og innerst i Høgsfjorden gir en uforglemmelig ferie i denne gamle stuen.

Stay in our newly renovated house with all the top modern amenities of the big city and comforts of home while exploring the breathtaking nature of the surrounding area in Rosendal, Norway. Walk down to the shore, up to the summit of the nearby majestic mountain of Melderskin or Malmangernuten. Go for a stroll on the pier. Have a pint on the docks or your(our) massive terrace with uimpeeded views of the fjord.

🏠 Moderne og komfortabel bolig med 3 soverom, alle med dobbeltseng. 🩳Privat jacuzzi på 40 grader er tilgjengelig hele året kl. 07–23. 🚗Parkering i gårdsplass med elbillader inkludert. 👶Reiseseng, stellebord og barnestol kan ordnes på forespørsel. 🚲Kort vei til buss, bysykler, matbutikker og kjøpesenter. Sentrum er ca. 15 min unna. ❤️🐈NB: Katten vår, Mia, bor på eiendommen, men kan være på vaskerommet hvor hun har mat tilgjengelig og egen dør.

Nyrenovert gårdshus i fredelige omgivelser.

Huset er et gårdshus fra 1907, det ble totalrenovert i 2019. Huset ligger i et åpent landskap omgitt av gårder som driver med sau, kyr og hester. Disse omgivelsene skaper nydelig utsikt fra alle rom. På vår gård driver vi med dyrking av frukt og bær, og produserer eplemost og aroniajuice for salg. I tillegg har vi et lite hjemmebakeri der vi baker potetkaker. Huset ligger usjenert til i forhold til både naboer og vertsfamiliens bolig.

Naust ved sjøen på Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet er helt nytt og en del av sjøhusmiljøet mot Soknasundet. Det er brygge med fiskemulighet. Bygg og møbler er laget av den anerkjente arkitekten Espen Surnevik. Dersom dere kommer med båt er det god plass til båten ved brygga. Naustet er en del av Sokn Gard (se fb) som har mange dyr dere kan besøke, og garden har 5 km tursti.
