Trilocale di 70 metri ristrutturato da poco. Luminoso, spazioso e con arredi nuovi. Balcone con bella vista sulle montagne. Distante pochi metri dal centro pedonale, in una zona ben servita dal trasporto pubblico e ricca di parcheggi gratuiti (numerosi sono adiacenti alla casa e usufruibili h24 tranne la domenica notte per pulizia strade). Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi alimentari, farmacia, tabacchino, bar e ristoranti. A pochi minuti i monumenti principali della città (Ponte Romano ecc).

Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Dispone di locale lavanderia, posto auto riservato in cortile interno, ricovero per attrezzatura da sci . Accesso alla zona verde condivisa con vasca idromassaggio riscaldata esterna. Per il soggiorno con animali sarà richiesto un supplemento di 15 euro a soggiorno.

Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station.
