The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond. Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan.
