Fasilitas termasuk kamar mandi, pancuran, dapur dan ruang pengeringan di dalam gedung utama (1 menit berjalan kaki dari tenda lonceng). Terletak di dasar hutan Glentress, akses yang bagus ke jalur bersepeda gunung dan rute berjalan kaki. Kafe dan toko MTB di sebelahnya. 5 menit berkendara ke Peebles dengan banyak toko dan restoran lokal.
