The town centre of Chamonix is a 20 minute amble along the beautiful river path or a free 5 minute bus ride away.

Our studio apartment is the perfect place to stay for summer or winter mountain adventures. In summer, enjoy stunning hikes from outside the front door, a great network of mountain bike trails and the best road biking in the Alps. In winter, the nearest ski lifts are just a 5 min drive away. Comfy double bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, private parking for cars or motorbikes and secure storage for your road/mountain bikes or skis make it the ideal base for couples & solo adventurers!

Quaint riverside apartment with mountain views

The apartment has its own entrance which opens straight into the living area (with kitchenette - mini oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle and cafetiere). The day bed in this room turns into a comfortable single bed. Next door is the double bedroom. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep in the antique brass bed. The shower room with copper sink, shower cubicle and toilet is en-suite to the bedroom. Guests can sit by the river and enjoy a barbecue or a good rest!

Appartement tout neuf, au rez de chaussée d'une maison où nous habitons avec nos 2 enfants. Situé au centre de Servoz, petit village très traditionnel, à 15mn de Chamonix, à 15mn de Saint Gervais. Terrasse et jardin afin de profiter de la belle vue sur le massif Mont Blanc et sur les Fiz. Appartement entouré par des champs l'été, qui deviennent des pistes de ski de fond en hiver. Idéal pour 2 adultes + enfants (pas adapté pour 4 adultes) Accès au trampoline et piscine interdits (privés).

Tous les loisirs de la montagne sont accessibles hiver comme été à moins de 15 mn. Le chalet en mélèze dispose de tout le confort moderne avec son poêle et la chaleur douce du chauffage au sol. La cuisine moderne est ouverte sur la pièce de vie chaleureuse et ensoleillée. 4 chambres dont 2 masters avec sdb, 1 chambre pour 1 couple et 1 chambre pour 3 personnes.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.
