In a corner of our 1700 villa, flanked by an oratory dedicated to San Giustino, we have a lovely house made of two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, that easily welcomes a small family. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with access to the swimming pool, it offers an unforgettable experience away from the classic tourist circuit. The large spaces of the garden offer the tranquility ans security so much sought in covid time. Come and let yourself be captivated by the spirit of the place.

With its 100 square meters and two gardens can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The villa, while historic and beautiful, is equipped with all the modern amenities you will need. La proprietà dispone di tre camere matrimoniali,ciascuna con bagno privato. La cucina è dotata di un'isola centrale e due ampie finestre panoramiche che offrono una vista mozzafiato sulle colline e sulla piscina. Il salone accogliente è caratterizzato da un camino e grandi vetrate che si aprono sul rigoglioso giardino. All'esterno, una bellissima pergola arredata invita a godersi i pasti all'aperto , la piscina di acqua salata offre un rifugio rinfrescante durante le calde giornate estive.
