The Stable is a newly renovated property in the heart of Leicestershire offering superb access to the local area whether for business or pleasure. The property consists of a large bedroom, bathroom with shower (no bath) downstairs a significant open plan living space including kitchenette. The property has a private drive behind electric gates and EV charging but please inquire about availability and cost. Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Stable Studios are the recently renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. There are three studios; each studio has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room, a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge and sliding doors out onto your own patio with wonderful open views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

We are nestled in a lovely South Leicestershire village in the heart of rural England. We have great walks on our doorstep along with fishing lakes and an assortment of eating/drinking establishments. We are only a 20minute drive from two market towns with shops and coffee and cake opportunities galore! The Loft has a fridge, microwave,kettle,toaster,tea, coffee and crockery etc.to make it a perfect self contained place to stay. A seating area in our garden is available too.

The swallow is situated on a converted farm yard with 2 other holiday lets it has a living room, bedroom and on suite bathroom. The is a fully fitted kitchen with a freezer and washing machine in the garage next door. We have a fold away 2nd bed that will be made in the living area on request. Parking is in the gravelled yard and room for a couple of cars .

A newly built annex in the village of Gilmorton , Leicestershire . Close to lutterworth , magna park & M1. The space Sleeps x 2 1 king size bed , 1 bathroom , work station , draws , small hanging space , tea/coffee facilities. Please note no cooking facilities . Access to downstairs were there is a pool table , tv & games machine .
