The Annex, House Severn.

This charming little terrace house , is situated on the banks of the river Severn loop, which is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful town centre of Shrewsbury. I recently redecorated, creating a home from home feel sharing some of my art and pieces from our travels around the world. Coleham has a village feel, which is well catered with local cafe's, butchers, pubs and a convenience store all 100 yards away. I live next door and am available should you need any help during your stay.

There are no street lights, .we are in a small hamlet just 5 minutes by car to the historic town of Shrewsbury. only 3 miles hospital. and Pontesbury. Minsterley and Stiperstones are a little drive . This is a private en suite room, located in the peaceful village of Cardington, 5 miles from the market town of Church Stretton. The room has it's own private entrance and is separate to the owners house. Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Reabrook Treasure - a bungalow by the Brook

Lovely detached bungalow hidden in a quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the Reabrook Estate next to, and overlooking, the Rea Brook Valley Country Park and Local Nature Reserve which runs through Shrewsbury. Less than 30 mins walk or 5 mins drive to the centre of Shrewsbury and Quarry Park (with a regular bus to the town) but also with easy access to the Shropshire countryside, Attingham Park, Ironbridge Gorge and many other wonderful places of interest.

Downstairs is spacious with a private bathroom and over bath shower, generous kitchen with basic food provisions and utensils and living space with TV.
