Inner-City - New Yorker appartment

3 room appartment associated in the steet by the name of "Lavendelstrædet". It is a quiet street just one minut walk to Strøget, the famous and longest pedestrian street in the world. The neighbour next door is the tower of Copenhagen City Hall , capturing the atmosphere of the old, nostalgic city among hip cafées, restaurants and special shops. In other words: The city pulse is just outside the frontdoor. Despite the fact that the appartment is very central, there is no noise from either inside the appartment, nor outside the sunny south-balcony, which easily can fit six people. The building dates from 1799, but has maintained its original charme after a massive renovation in 2007. INTERIOR: Besides a main entrance with room for coats and shoes, the appartment consists of a large, open space kitchen with an extended living room all in the New Yorker style with high seelings and lots of sunlight. There are two bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with wash and dryer. The appartment is decorated in the modern Scandinavian way - in other words: a perfect base for a vacation in Copenhagen.

Hyggelig ferielejlighed i rolige omgivelser på vores firlænget landejendom, lidt udenfor Smidstrup Strand i Gilleleje. Hyggelig alrum med stue/køkken, samt trappe til soveværelse på 1. salen. Trappen er stejl, og lejligheden egner sig derfor ikke til børn. I gårdspladsen er der afsat lidt plads til jer, så I også her kan nyde udemiljøet. OBS! I hverdagene kan der være lidt aktivitet på ejendommen pga. murervirksomhed, når de ansatte møder ind, vareindleveringer, osv. Motorcykler, velkomne!

Linnedpakke er inkluderet i lejen (sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker og karklude). Nyd wellness med sauna, koldtvandskar og udendørs bruser, brændeovn samt hyggelige kroge ude og inde. Haven byder på bålsted, solrig terrasse og stor trampolin. Fra april til oktober kan tandemcykler lejes. Hurtigt internet og naturskønne omgivelser fuldender ferien.

Slå dig ned i orangeriet i baghaven med en kop kaffe, mens børnene klapper kaninerne eller fodrer hønsene. i nærheden finder du Gilleleje med havnemiljøet, Esrum Kloster, Fredensborg Slot, Kronborg i Helsingør og Louisiana kunstmuseum. Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Gilbjergstien B&B A lovely, bright cottage on Gilbjergstien with beautiful views of Kattegat, The Sound and Kullen. The cottage is set back in an old garden and has its own sunny veranda and terrace. In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Huset ligger nærmest direkte til vandet, på blind vej uden stejle skrænter. Bedre beliggenhed er svær at finde. Sommerhuset blev bygget for 15 år siden, og har 3 dejlige soveværelser med udsigt til havet, en skønt køkken-alrum, også med udsigt til havet. Et stort badeværelse, et ekstra toilet, og en udendørs bruser. Huset rummer desuden et bryggers og en rummelig gårdhave, hvor man kan sidde i læ de dage hvor det blæser.
