Couples Only Retreat. Absolute beachfront with privacy and space. Newly renovated, modern and fully self contained, The Beach House is a few steps further from the beach beyond the smaller, ever popular Boathouse and main residence. The constant sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep and wake you for that early swim or beach walk. Direct access to the beach via the private path is only 30 steps from your front door to the clean white sand. Our beach is pristine, uncrowded and very close.

Relax on the deck and enjoy sunrise to sunset views, and watch the cows traverse the pasture. A self-contained villa amidst a working cattle farm, with distant country views - you will feel immersed in countryside. Rustic farmhouse style with a unique Japanese aesthetic, our sustainable eco villa is a quiet healthy haven with natural lime-rendered hempcrete walls, recycled timber features. The lower floor is spacious living-dining-kitchen-study and bathroom. On the upper loft is QS bedroom.

The Little Black Loft, South Golden Beach.

Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Little Shell Studio

Tucked at the back of our beach home is a chic little studio, in tranquil South Golden Beach. With its own separate entrance, deck & lush garden, this relaxed space is your own private oasis. With a beautiful bed, modern bathroom and easy stroll to the beach, it offers a peaceful and intimate space to call home. We offer beach towels & bikes for guest use, plus an outdoor copper shower & fire-pit. We’re always available should you need us, but will leave you in complete privacy otherwise.

Platypus is a tranquil oasis that allows you to switch into holiday mode instantly. It is a perfect place to unwind. Picture the sound of rolling waves, the tantalizing smell of sea water, sun-warmed sand and a hint of coconut sunscreen. Grab a towel and wander to the pristine beach for a morning dip or cool yourself off in the large pool. Skip down to Bay Roots cafe for a delicious breakfast or lunch or walk some of the trails through the beautiful littoral rainforest at your doorstep.

Within an easy flat 700m walk to both south golden and new Brighton beaches, walking distance to the Salty Mangrove cafe, and our beautiful farmers market on a Tuesday. Local seafood is also available to purchase from I’m a catch on Fridays outside new Brigton shop . You can enjoy the peace while being close to everything south golden offers

This is a large architect-designed studio apartment only 500 metres from the surf. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood but with a cafe just down the road. The heart of Byron Bay is a 25-minute drive away and Brunswick Heads only seven minutes away. The 40 sqm apartment, which looks into a garden, is air-conditioned and has a full kitchen, private bathroom and washing machine. The apartment is self contained and reached via a separate entrance. Parking is available in garage.
