Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

Enjoy a stylish stay in this centrally located getaway with a private Jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing, skiing, or working! Nearby activities include Topgolf and bike trails. Most major ski resorts are under 20 miles away: Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin, Park City, and Deer Valley. Kitchenette only—no stove or cooktop, but includes a microwave, mini fridge-no freezer, air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, plates, bowls, salad bowls, and silverware. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

The Tiny Chestnut is located in the middle of Salt Lake valley in a quiet neighborhood. It sits beneath the chestnut tree in the backyard behind the main house. As a brand new build, the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished to help your stay be more comfortable.
