The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon, and the caravan is an extra with 2 beds. Please note we are not a party house and expect our guests to respect the house and surrounding environment.

Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

The Horsebox

You will love the peaceful surroundings of this amazing and unusual destination. The Horsebox is a unique place to stay on a fabulous lake side, with tranquil views over the water to the hills. A fishing platform and seating area. There's a toilet and handwashing sink inside as well as a kitchen (with fridge, microwave, kettle, hob and grill), living room, bed above the cab (futon for extra guests in living rm) and a super drop down front onto the lake. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

Three exclusive private lodges in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales located on the Duke of Devonshire's Bolton abbey estate. Fell view is our middle lodge and has flat access across the lawn to the parking area. There are two bedrooms, a double and a small single. For two single beds please book either Wharfe view or Simons seat. Beautiful bespoke design with blue kitchen and panoramic views over the hills from your sofa/dining area
