We've named the property for our love of wildlife and a very special trip swimming with amazing Sea Turtles on the Great Barrier Reef. Situated on 2 acres and secluded from the main house it has it's own private entrance. The property backs onto the wild and primeval Hull River. With a boat ramp and boat parking bordering the side entrance, it is the ideal hub for fishing enthusiasts. 30 min to Dunk Island.

Modern Beach Shack | Escape for Two W/ Pool

Located in a sleepy little beach town that time forgot. Where ancient palms shade your path and prehistoric creatures still roam the land. The slow monday sits on the edge of protected forest (a cassowary corridor) just a stroll from the beach. A modern take on the classic Australian beach shack, the house is designed for the Queensland tropics. There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria Mission Beach 2 bedroom

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and a fully fenced yard, Litoria provides the perfect getaway for couples or small families (including the furry kind). Beautifully designed modern Balinese-inspired house with marble tiled flooring throughout, carved wooden doors and volcanic rock walls, a unique tropical oasis in a truly unique setting. Lake views from every room of the house, effortless indoor-outdoor flow, lush tropical gardens brimming with wildlife. Close to the beach and the town centre, restaurants, shops etc. We can arrange a third (trundle) bed on request.

Bella's Beach House

Bella’s Beach House is a modern, beachfront holiday home at South Mission Beach with stunning views to Dunk Island from every room. Relax in the pool or on the large sun deck overlooking the ocean. The open-plan living area flows to the verandah, perfect for indoor/outdoor dining. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all with sea views. Ideal for families or couples, with a big lawn for kids and dining just 700m away. A peaceful, stylish escape to unwind and enjoy.

Heliconia Grove

Heliconia Grove is a beach cottage with plenty to offer, only two streets back from the beach front. Enjoy the outdoor bath with an evening wine or a morning coffee. The large yard is fully fenced and safe for all the family to enjoy including your furry friends. Only a short 10-min drive to Woolworths, local bars and cafes. If you want the full Island experience, be sure to catch the 20min ferry transfer from Clump Point to Dunk Island.

This rare find is a fully self-contained beach shack with heaps of character on a large private block. Just a 100 meter stroll to beautiful South Mission Beach and close access to coastal walking tracks and rainforest trails. Our simple, comfy retro shack has everything you need for a chilled out beachside stay. You can even bring your boat, there's plenty of room for a boat trailer on our block and river and beach boat ramps close by.
