The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. Apartman je u centru grada, dio Varoš, na 3 katu, nema lifta. Prošle godine je renoviran, ima kabelsku TV, wi-fi, perilicu za rublje. Apartman je u centru, 5 minuta hoda od Rive i Zapadne obale-šetnice, 5 minuta od park šume Marjan. U neposrednoj blizini je trgovina. Iz apartmana se pruža pogled na nogometno igralište s jedne strane i na krovove Varoša sa druge strane. Do plaža na Marjanu imate 15 minuta hoda. U blizini je parking koji se plaća.

Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!
