Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.

Casa Dvornik

Casa Dvornik is situated in center of Split only a 10 minute walk to the Riva and the Old Town. Since 1930 the house is owned by Dvornik family. In the front of the house there is the garden with many plants that the family has been tending for years. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee with the chirping of birds or have lunch in the shade of the grape-vine pergola. During hot summer days you can refresh and relax in the small pool/jacuzzi within the garden.

Villa Otok

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
