The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale.
