Our family worked to restore this arts and craft style home with the hope that it will be a peaceful place for guests to stay and enjoy quality time together. We hope that you make memories playing shuffleboard, board games, or retro video games; escaping up to the whimsical loft accessed via a spiral staircase to read a good book; making a meal together in the kitchen complete with 2 restored retro Thermador ovens; or relaxing by a fire in the fenced-in back yard!

The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, trails, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. Very large event center wirh ping pong, fire pit, (firepit) , volleyball basketball, and badminton, cornhole, soccer. WE ARE ON WINTER BREAK - CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 2026. "Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek to enjoy. One comfortable 12" queen in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.
