A self contained Annexe in the vibrant market town of Loddon, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's just a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac.

"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
