Welcome to our renovated vintage home located 5 miles south of Fayetteville GA. in the rural/agricultural area of Inman. The location is conveniently located 18 miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Also, 15 miles from Senoia, GA. where scenes from the series “The Walking Dead” was filmed. This home has 2 bedrooms, and a twin-size pull-out sofa in a separate room. Ther is a full bathroom with tub/shower and a powder room. LEVEL 2 EV CHARGER. TO RENT: MUST BE 25.

Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
